The business also offers their financial products and services to help in the acquisition of equipment. This is through their financial arm, the Terex Financial Services.
In 1992 Terex Corporation was caught in an allegation of creating military vehicles to assist in Iraq’s weapons program. Though the allegation was cleared without any legal charges between Terex and the New York Times, a similar issue was reported by the Sunday Herald in Scotland in 2005.
The business is part of the S&P 400 Index and as a publicly traded company; common stocks are traded on the New York Stock Exchange.
