Charlotte Ronson’s story began as a student at New York University in 2000. She would dye t-shirts and refurbish them to sell. She eventually expanded to knitwear and pitched her designs to stores. Soon the demand for her collection grew and this pushed her to start her own line of clothing and in 2002, she was able to open her first store in New York’s Nolita neighborhood. Her talent for fashion design and her business savvy has propelled her to the top tier of fashion’s elite. Her success has caught the attention of the press and business experts including Crain’s New York which included Ronson in its 40 Under 40 Class of 2012.
Aside from clothing, Charlotte Ronson has also branched out into producing a line of beauty products with Sephora and collaborated with Artisan House for her handbag collection.
