His huge contributions to the homegrown screen business include sitting on the advisory boards of University of the West of Scotland Skillset Media Academy and Glasgow Film Office. Kelly is also an active member of the Association of Film and Television Practitioners and Scottish Facilities Group in Scotland, and a part of the restructuring project team at The Arches, acting the role of a liaison on the multimillion dollar-funded capital project, which has transformed the space into one of the world’s prominent art venues. Lately, Kelly oversaw the operations and licensing of a renowned music program and club, founded two of The Arches’ highly acclaimed legacy events, facilitated experimental music festivals and managed the infamous club night gig, Death Disco.
Kelly’s future in the film and arts industry seems bright as he will be working under Australian Heat at FORM, with a resolute goal to steer the non-profit organization towards unsurpassed creative advocacy and development in the region.
